Welcome to 9-Figure Media, a leading PR agency based in Laguna Beach, California. We are excited to have you as a client and look forward to providing you with exceptional public relations services. Before we proceed, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service.
By engaging in business with 9-Figure Media, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Services
1.1 Scope: 9-Figure Media agrees to provide public relations services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
1.2 Changes: Any changes or additions to the services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Payment
2.1 Fees: Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule.
2.2 Late Payments: A late fee of 1% per day may be applied to overdue balances.
2.3 Expenses: Client agrees to reimburse 9-Figure Media for any pre-approved expenses incurred during the provision of services.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the engagement.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: Any intellectual property developed during the provision of services shall remain the property of the originating party unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 License: 9-Figure Media grants the client a non-exclusive license to use any deliverables created during the engagement for the agreed-upon purpose.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason with 14 days written notice.
5.2 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate the engagement immediately for a material breach of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
9-Figure Media’s liability for any claims arising out of or related to the provision of services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
8.2 Amendments: Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
By entering into an agreement with 9-Figure Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
